This omega-3 and fiber-rich spread is a perfect topping for crackers or as a filling for a sandwich or wrap.Number of Servings: 8Ingredients: One 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed1/2 cup walnut halvesOne 3.75-ounce can skinless, boneless sardines, drained1/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 garlic clove1/4 teaspoon kosher saltFreshly ground pepperNutrition Information: (per serving) 50 calories; 10g fat (1.5g saturated, 1g omega-3); 170mg sodium; 9g carbohydrates; 3g fiber; 7g protein   Instructions: Combine the beans, walnuts, sardines, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and a few pinches of pepper in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth and creamy.  Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
